I’d like to make an appointment with Dr. Dao. I’m scheduled for back surgery on November 25th at Texas Orthopedic Hospital with Dr. Andre Samuel from the Fondren.
I’ve been a chronic pain patient for 13 years with immense suffering for the past 5 years. I’m looking for a pain management physician who will help me through recovery and improve my quality of life; which has been on a steady decline.
I’m extremely hopeful, having read your philosophy on patient care and the three modalities of pain management. I’d be grateful for the opportunity to discuss my medical history and diagnoses with Dr. Dao.
